Through this new method the students follow our new adaptions from our framework to learn skills and generic principles of games through more game play and development whilst focusing on the key concepts and processes.
These new subjects, areas and packages include all aspects from our popular all in one lesson plan and schemes of work packages covered already but through a Whole Part Whole approach as identified. The features that these include are :
- A unit of work where the student is taught the key processes and concepts through the WPW approach.
- Numerous Objectives and outcomes per progression, phases and scheme for short, medium and long term planning issues
- Thorough WPW approaches in games, introductions, activities and resources to highlight the progressions and tasks alongside the objectives, key processes and concepts
- Each discipline includes detailed and comprehensive information to enhance teaching a specific theme, concept and process through intro games, skills, skills focus and final games with competition for the WPW approach
- Covers all the objectives met in the relevant schemes, phases and lessons
- Shows progression and development in conjunction with previous skills learned
- A constant game approach through each phase, scheme and lesson to develop game play, skills and focus of the skills in a game alongside the key processes and concepts
Our Key Concept and Processes + Whole Part Whole Schemes of Work also work in conjunction with our Lesson Plans and the updates to the PE Curriculum, incorporate our Assessment, Testing and Evaluation tools which enable the complete progression throughout the key stages and enable high quality PE.
